個人オーナー様よりご依頼を頂いた賃貸集合住宅の二棟目。一棟目同様、既存の賃貸マンションはもちろん、分譲マンションをも上回るクオリティーと使い勝手を目指して計画。一棟目で得たノウハウをもとに、ポジティブな点は伸ばし、ネガティブな点は潰していき、使い勝手をより向上させた。また、建物の耐久性及びメンテナンス性を高める為、コンクリート造でありながら勾配屋根としている。

 

The second building of a rental condominium request from an personal owner. Like the first building, we plan to have quality and usability beyond existing rental apartments, as well as condominiums. Based on the know-how gained in the first building, positive points were expanded, negative points were crushed, and usability was further improved. In addition, in order to improve the durability and maintenance of the building, it is a concrete construction with a pitch roof.
