都内の住宅街に建つ建物の、一棟まるごとリノベーション。用途は単身者～DINKS～子育て世帯のための賃貸集合住宅。エントランスから各住戸に至るまでの空間構成を一新し、明るく清潔な雰囲気をつくり出している。既存の外壁に張り重ねた木材のダークブラウンと、白く塗ったタイルとのコントラストで印象的な外観にしている。また屋上庭園を新設している。

Renovation of one building built in residential area in Tokyo. The purpose is for single person ~ DINKS ~ rental apartment house for parenting households. We redesigned the space composition from the entrance to each units, creating a bright and clean atmosphere. It has an impressive appearance with the contrast between the dark brown of the timber overlaid on the existing outer wall and the tile painted white. There is also a new rooftop garden.
